Commercial Litigation Solicitors

Business disputes with your suppliers, customers or third parties cause stress and disruption and interfere with the important day to day job of running your business.

Keith Whitehead, a Partner and head of our Commercial Litigation Department and solicitor James Ford have the experience and expertise to help you resolve business disputes quickly and cost effectively by offering advice and practical solutions. It isn't always possible to avoid litigation but we try to do this whenever possible. We will look for alternative ways to resolve your dispute, for example by hosting without prejudice meetings or arranging mediation to narrow the issues and explore settlement options.
