Commercial Litigation Solicitors

Business disputes with your suppliers, customers or third parties cause stress and disruption and interfere with the important day to day job of running your business.

Keith Whitehead, a Director and head of our Commercial Litigation Department has the experience and expertise to help you resolve business disputes quickly and cost effectively by offering advice and practical solutions. It isn't always possible to avoid litigation but we try to do this whenever possible. We will look for alternative ways to resolve your dispute, for example by hosting without prejudice meetings or arranging mediation to narrow the issues and explore settlement options. We know the strengths of particular local barristers, ensuring that if advice from a barrister is necessary, it will be the most appropriate for your circumstances. If a settlement cannot be achieved we are experienced in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation
